Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Siplyfe prepares each order fresh. For that reason, production begins immediately after your order is received.

Siplyfe is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues that occur after your order is transferred to a shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, or local delivery service).

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and cannot issue refunds for orders delayed in transit.

Returns & Replacements

Because all Siplyfe juices and wellness products are made-to-order and perishable, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Please refrigerate your juice immediately upon receipt and follow all handling instructions.
Siplyfe is not responsible for spoilage, temperature issues, or product degradation due to:

  • Being left unrefrigerated,

  • Delayed pickup by the customer, or

  • Extended exposure to heat after delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address at checkout. Siplyfe is not liable for misdelivered or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Orders shipped or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error will be charged in full.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Email us at orders@mysiplyfe.com and include:

  • Your order number,

  • A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging, and

  • A brief description of the issue.

After review, Siplyfe will determine whether the product qualifies as a damage.
If approved, we will send a replacement of the affected item(s) at no additional charge.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not available for damaged or perishable goods.

  • Replacement decisions are made at the discretion of our staff.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by carriers or delays during shipping.
